1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PDF Converter & Scanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
These terms govern your use of the application on iOS and Android devices, as well as any associated services or websites provided by us.
2. Pro Subscriptions & Billing
PDF Converter & Scanner provides core document utilities for free, alongside optional Pro access for high-volume workflows, unlimited batch scanning, strong compression, and an ad-free experience.
- Subscription Plans: Pro access is available through recurring monthly or annual billing options, as well as a one-time lifetime license. Current plan options and trial terms are displayed directly in the app prior to purchase.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charges: Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the rate of your selected plan.
- Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device store settings:
On iPhone and iPad (Apple App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name / Apple Account at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select PDF Converter & Scanner.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
- Select PDF Converter & Scanner.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
Refunds are managed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective store purchase policies.
4. Document Ownership & Privacy
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all documents, images, scans, and handwritten signatures processed within the app.
We do not claim any rights over your content. Documents processed on-device or via temporary backend conversion remain under your sole possession and control.
5. Permissible Use
You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the application to forge unauthorized signatures, alter official documents fraudulently, or distribute unlawful or harmful material.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum conversion accuracy and fidelity, we do not warrant that all document layouts will render identically across every third-party office software.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDF Converter & Scanner and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or any loss of document files.
